Laura Mccafferty

Laura Mccafferty is a artist who uses bright and very vivid colours. The work is mostly of people and there surroundings. The work is realistic and the people and their surroundings are obvious as to what they are conveying. Where most peoples sketches and doodles are simple black lines on a plain white background and if they do have colour which some don't it is only in small parts and to add simple detail. Laura has the long thick and thin black lines that are typical for doodle artists work but add more to the over all image. When comparing the work of Laura to the other artists I had been sent to evaluate and review I have noticed that they have very different styles and working techniques. These are shown through their work and how the end results look and appeal to the viewer.
